Welcome to my Blog! When this whole craze began, I could not understand why someone would maintain a web log; what did these people have to say that anyone would be interested in reading? Besides, an online diary? Please! Let’s totally hose our privacy and make all of our innermost thoughts and feelings available to the world! However, as I started reading blogs, and seeing how they could be used professionally (I maintain a bankruptcy blog), I started understanding how useful they can be.

I am a lawyer in New Jersey in solo private practice, although I do have wide ranging interests including the Knights of Columbus, technology (I have been a computer geek since high school in the mid-70s), gaming (I started with DND in college then more recently got hooked on World of Warcraft), and genealogy (my mother and grandmother were the family historians). Sometimes I run across bits of information that I think are interesting and want to share, but I am not into the whole “e-mail the world” thing with funny videos, jokes, moving stories and the like, as they tend to clog my inbox and I seldom have the time to read them. Therefore I thought a blog would be a good way of communicating this, as family and friends can always check in, when they have the time, and see what’s new. Please feel free to come by any time!
